In this Fellowship, we would offer the Fellow with:
- The Right Training and Mindset for an educator: Providing rigorous training in academic practices and offering hands-on experience in the inner workings of an organisation. This comprehensive training focuses on developing essential pedagogical skills, including effective content development, research, and delivery styles for both online and offline formats, alongside hard core and soft skills training.
- The Right Resources to refer: Granting access to curated study materials, books, and expert resources developed by the organisation's faculty. These resources are designed to provide a strong theoretical foundation and support effective learning and teaching.
- The Right Advancements and Tools to boost your delivery: Integrating fellows into projects, content creation, and campaigns to provide practical experience. This includes exposure to technical elements and modern tools that can enhance the delivery and impact of psychological knowledge.
- Fellowship Grant: PWP would provide a Grant to gain expertise and boost your practice. This financial support aims to enable fellows to focus on their development within the program, acquiring the necessary expertise and practical skills to excel in psychology academia and practice.
